NumaBond Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of NumaBond, including numabond.com, related web applications, accounts, numerology portraits, relationship reports, digital credits, and other features offered through the service (collectively, the "Service").

NumaBond is a trading name used by a sole proprietor registered in Poland under tax identification number NIP 9372696089 (the "Operator", "NumaBond", "we", "us", or "our"). The Operator's official registration details may be verified in the Polish public business register using this NIP.

By creating an account, purchasing a product, submitting information, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the NumaBond Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use NumaBond

The Service is intended for adults who are at least 18 years old.

You may not create an account, purchase a product, or use the Service if you are under 18.

Certain report categories, including Intimacy & Chemistry, are strictly intended for adults. Where a report concerns two adults, you must confirm that both persons are at least 18 years old.

For Parent & Child or other family reports, an adult user may submit limited information about a minor only if the user is the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise has a lawful basis and authority to provide that information. Do not submit unnecessary personal information about a child.

The Service is marketed primarily to users in the United States. We may restrict or refuse access, purchases, or features in jurisdictions where offering the Service would create additional legal or compliance requirements.

2. What NumaBond provides

NumaBond provides digital numerology-based content, including individual and relationship portraits, compatibility-style analyses, Connection Maps, reflective guidance, generated reports, and related digital features.

The Service may combine:

deterministic numerology calculations;
user-provided names, dates of birth, relationship categories, and context;
rule-based scoring and structured interpretation;
artificial intelligence systems used to generate or present written analysis.

The Service is a personal reflection and entertainment product. It is not a scientific, diagnostic, predictive, therapeutic, medical, legal, financial, psychological, employment, or professional assessment tool.

3. Important disclaimer about numerology and AI-generated content

Numerology is not scientifically established as a method for determining personality, compatibility, future events, relationship outcomes, health, professional suitability, or any other factual result.

NumaBond does not promise that any portrait, score, interpretation, recommendation, or generated statement is objectively true, complete, accurate, unique, or predictive.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, omissions, unexpected wording, or interpretations that you disagree with.

You agree that:

reports are for reflection and entertainment only;
no report should be treated as a factual judgment about a person;
no report should be used as the sole or primary basis for an important decision;
you will not rely on NumaBond for medical, mental health, legal, financial, safety, employment, credit, insurance, immigration, or other high-impact decisions;
you remain solely responsible for decisions and actions you take after reading a report.

Nothing in the Service creates a professional-client, therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship.

4. Information you submit

You are responsible for the information you submit to NumaBond.

You agree that information you submit will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you will not intentionally provide false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

Information about another person

NumaBond reports may require information about another person, including a name and date of birth.

By submitting another person's information, you represent and warrant that:

you have a lawful basis and sufficient authority to provide the information for the requested private report;
your use of the information does not violate another person's privacy, contractual, intellectual property, or other legal rights;
where required, you have informed that person about the processing or provided access to the NumaBond Privacy Policy;
you will not use NumaBond to stalk, harass, intimidate, discriminate against, defame, exploit, impersonate, or otherwise harm another person.

Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information about another person, including medical information, passwords, government identifiers, financial account information, political opinions, religion, precise location, biometric data, criminal history, or information about sexual life or sexual orientation unless you have explicit lawful authority and the Service specifically requests it.

You are responsible for claims arising from personal information you submit without lawful authority.

5. Accounts and account security

Some features require an account.

You are responsible for:

maintaining control of your login method;
keeping credentials and devices secure;
activity performed through your account;
notifying us promptly if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, share, or commercially resell an account.

We may use third-party authentication providers such as Google or other supported sign-in providers.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised, fraudulent, being abused, or being used in violation of these Terms.

6. Free previews and usage limits

NumaBond may offer free previews, trial generations, promotional reports, anonymous usage, or other limited features.

Free features may be subject to limits based on account, device, IP address, usage history, technical identifiers, or other reasonable anti-abuse controls.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue free features at any time without compensation.

Attempting to bypass free-use limits, manipulate account systems, automate repeated registrations, or circumvent technical controls is prohibited.

7. Paid products and Portrait Credits

NumaBond may sell one-time digital packages such as:

Single Portrait;
Triple Portrait Pack;
10 Portrait Bundle;
other digital products introduced in the future.

A purchase may add a corresponding number of Portrait Credits or equivalent digital entitlements to your account.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

Portrait Credits are digital access rights, not money or stored value;
credits have no cash value;
credits are non-transferable and may not be resold;
credits may only be used within the Service;
current paid Portrait Credits do not expire while the Service and your account remain available;
deleting your account permanently forfeits unused credits.

We may change pricing and package structures prospectively. Changes will not retroactively increase the price of a completed purchase.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor displayed at checkout.

NumaBond does not receive or store your complete payment card number or CVC.

You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you select for the amount shown at checkout.

Prices, applicable taxes, discounts, and the final amount are displayed before you confirm a purchase.

A purchase is complete only after the payment processor confirms successful completion.

We may cancel or reverse an order where reasonably necessary because of fraud, technical error, pricing error, payment failure, abuse, sanctions requirements, or other legal obligations.

9. Promotion codes and discounts

Promotion codes:

may have expiration dates, usage limits, geographic restrictions, product restrictions, or account restrictions;
may be withdrawn or disabled where reasonably necessary;
have no cash value;
may not be sold or transferred unless expressly permitted;
may not be combined unless the checkout expressly allows it.

We may cancel benefits obtained through misuse, fraud, automated abuse, or an obvious pricing or promotion error.

10. Refund policy

NumaBond sells digital products that can be delivered or consumed immediately.

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are final and non-refundable once digital credits have been delivered to the account or report generation has begun.

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or replacement for:

a duplicate charge;
a technical failure that prevents delivery of a purchased entitlement and cannot reasonably be corrected;
another situation where a refund is required by applicable law.

Dissatisfaction with the style, interpretation, numerology methodology, compatibility score, AI-generated wording, or conclusions of a successfully generated report does not by itself entitle you to a refund.

Deleting your account does not create a right to a refund for unused credits.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Delivery and report generation

Digital entitlements are normally delivered shortly after successful payment.

Report generation may take time and depends on third-party infrastructure, internet connectivity, artificial intelligence providers, hosting providers, and other systems outside our complete control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, immediate, error-free, or permanent availability.

If generation fails because of a technical error, we may retry the generation, restore the relevant credit, or provide another reasonable technical remedy.

12. Account deletion

You may delete your account through the account settings where the feature is available.

Account deletion is intended to be permanent.

When you delete your account:

your access to the account ends;
unused Portrait Credits are forfeited without cash value;
stored reports and account-linked content may be permanently deleted or anonymized;
deletion cannot necessarily be reversed;
information we must retain for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, or payment-record purposes may be retained for the required period;
residual copies may remain temporarily in secure backups until overwritten under normal backup cycles.

Before deleting an account, download or save anything you wish to keep.

13. Acceptable use

You may use NumaBond only for lawful, personal, non-abusive purposes.

You may not:

violate any law or another person's rights;
submit data you are not authorized to use;
use reports to harass, threaten, shame, discriminate against, manipulate, or defame another person;
use NumaBond as a substitute for a professional assessment in employment, lending, insurance, healthcare, legal proceedings, immigration, education admissions, or similar high-impact contexts;
scrape, crawl, copy, mirror, or systematically extract the Service except as permitted by law;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover non-public source code, prompts, scoring logic, security mechanisms, or model configurations except where such restrictions are prohibited by law;
bypass rate limits, account limits, payment controls, or security protections;
use bots or automation to create accounts or generate content at abusive scale without written authorization;
introduce malware, interfere with infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access;
resell reports or operate a competing service using NumaBond content or infrastructure without written permission;
misrepresent NumaBond-generated content as a scientific, clinical, licensed, or professional assessment.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

14. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, interface, branding, design, report structure, scoring systems, Connection Map presentation, original text, graphics, templates, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use reports generated for your account for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may save or print your own report for personal use.

You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, publish as a competing product, systematically extract, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Service without permission.

Because some report content may be generated using artificial intelligence, copyright or exclusivity in particular generated passages may vary by jurisdiction. We do not guarantee that generated wording will be unique to you.

15. Your content and limited processing license

You retain any rights you may have in content you lawfully submit.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transform, transmit, and process submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to:

operate the Service;
calculate numerology values;
generate requested reports;
provide account functionality;
maintain security and prevent abuse;
provide support;
comply with law.

This license ends when the relevant data is deleted, except for data retained where legally necessary or contained temporarily in backups.

16. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including payment, authentication, hosting, database, infrastructure, and artificial intelligence providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, acts, omissions, policy changes, or security incidents caused solely by third parties beyond our reasonable control, although we remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places directly on us.

Availability of payment methods such as cards, digital wallets, or buy-now-pay-later services may depend on location, currency, device, eligibility, and third-party rules.

17. No warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

NUMEROLOGY INTERPRETATIONS ARE SCIENTIFICALLY VALID;
A REPORT WILL MATCH YOUR EXPERIENCE OR EXPECTATIONS;
A SCORE OR INTERPRETATION WILL PREDICT A RELATIONSHIP OR FUTURE EVENT;
AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ERROR-FREE;
THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR UNINTERRUPTED;
DEFECTS WILL ALWAYS BE CORRECTED;
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

18. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NUMABOND AND THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, RELATIONSHIPS, OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NUMABOND DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
USD 100.

The limitations apply regardless of legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including where applicable for intentional misconduct, mandatory consumer rights, or other non-waivable liability.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:

information you submit without lawful authority;
your unlawful or abusive use of the Service;
your infringement of another person's rights;
your violation of these Terms.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct and applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

20. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

fraud or suspected fraud;
chargeback abuse;
security risk;
unlawful activity;
repeated violation of these Terms;
attempts to circumvent technical or payment controls;
legal or regulatory requirements;
material harm to the Service, users, or third parties.

Where practical and legally appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy a violation.

If access is terminated because of serious misconduct or fraud, unused credits may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

21. Service changes and discontinuation

We may modify, update, add, remove, or discontinue features.

We may change these Terms prospectively.

If a material change significantly affects paid rights, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice where required.

If the Service is permanently discontinued while you hold material unused paid credits, we may provide a reasonable period to use them or another remedy we consider appropriate, subject to applicable law.

22. Electronic communications

By using the Service, you agree that notices relating to your account, purchases, security, or these Terms may be provided electronically, including by email or through the Service.

Marketing communications, if any, will be handled separately and may be unsubscribed from as required by law.

23. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that this choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply and cannot lawfully be waived.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to make a reasonable good-faith attempt to resolve the issue by contacting numabondapp@gmail.com and allowing a reasonable time for response.

Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, claims should be brought individually and not on behalf of another person. This sentence does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

24. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or cloud outages, cyberattacks, payment-network failures, AI-provider outages, natural disasters, government actions, war, civil disorder, labor disputes, utility failures, or failures of third-party infrastructure.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

An unenforceable provision will be interpreted or limited as closely as legally possible to its intended purpose.

26. No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

27. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent.

We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, sale, restructuring, transfer of the Service, or transfer to a successor business, subject to applicable law.

28. Entire agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any checkout terms expressly presented to you form the agreement between you and NumaBond regarding the Service and supersede prior statements concerning the same subject.
